Service Contract for SimaPro Updates and Support

There are many advantages of a service contract and it can be chosen according to your needs:

• You can always use the latest version of SimaPro Software with its newest features and necessary adjustments of the software e.g. because of a new ecoinvent version.
• You have access to the SimaPro helpdesk, which can be contacted by phone or email.
• Save time with our database updates: receive new inventory data and impact assessment methods (at least twice a year).
• The ecoinvent helpdesk and database updates are also included in the SimaPro service contract.

Costs Service Contract (excluding taxes)

When you buy a new SimaPro license, the first year of service contract is always included in the license price. The service contract is valid for one year and has to be renewed seamlessly after the previous contract ends. It is not possible to discontinue the service contract for a certain time. If you choose a two-year contract, you save 5% of the yearly costs, for a three- or four-year contract it is even 10%! The costs of the service contract differ depending on the license used and for multi-user licenses also on the number of users.
